The glass fusing process requires cutting pieces of glass, stacking them together and placing them in a kiln where they are heated to approximately 1600 degrees and magically fused into one piece of glass. The mesmerizing shimmer is created from glass that has been specially treated with dichroic and iridized finishes. Because of the characteristics of glass, no two pieces will ever look exactly the same. Because of the characteristics of the artist, two pieces will rarely even resemble each other! I get bored easily so making a dozen of the same thing can get too monotonous for me! Though every effort is made to do so, it is impossible to capture the true brilliance of these pieces on film so they look even more striking in person - you won't be disappointed! New pieces are added frequently, and special orders and commissions are always welcome. I look forward to hearing from you!
